B2B

Worked with Every Matrix as consultants to improve processes and systems.

  • This included developing the Horse racing product and advising on Risk Management processes.

Worked with BetConstruct as consultants and service providers to manage their entire sportsbook operation:

  • This led to over a 100% increase in turnover (to over £300 million annually) and partners and over a 50% increase in bottom line profit margin (from 8.5% margin to 13.2% margin).
  • Advised on the new platform build and how to do this to enhance both the service provided and level of management.
  • Contributed to the marketing direction and how to effectively sell to operators.
  • Advised on regulated markets and how to manage the service to effectively be able to operate.
  • Worked directly with BetConstruct Partners to better manage their businesses. Typically this led to over a 20% increase in profits.

Worked with Aspire Global and SBTech to integrate the platforms.

  • Managing 3 separate platforms and the ways these work together.
  • Setting out a sports betting plan for B2B and B2C, as well as management of clients.
  • Setting up the sportsbook to operate as it’s own B2B system.

Worked with Two Up Digital on their new sports betting platform.

  • Managing the building of a modern, scaleable, modular platform.
  • Helping define client requests and then working on these.
  • Helping analyse 3rd party products to improve the overall scope.
  • Working with consultants on specific areas such as Compliance, Algorithmic integration and UX/UI.

B2C

Worked at Tier 1 operators such as William Hill, BetVictor, BetFred, Totesport, Stan James as both consultants and internally.

  • These roles took in Head of Sportsbook, Head of Trading, Head of Risk Management, Head of Marketing.
  • Typically saw an improvement of between 10% and 20% in profit margin from the changes and advice given.
  • Managed technical processes including design, functionalities, platform improvements and UX/UI across all platforms.

Worked at Start-Ups and up to Tier 1 operators in a multitude of markets.

  • Countries and regions including UK, France, Spain, Italy, Scandinavia, Russia, Central Europe, Eastern Europe, Asia, Latin America, Africa and North America.
  • Provided services ranging from consultancy and advice up to full management where appropriate.
  • All Start-Ups went on to be successful businesses and existing operators saw typical increase in profit between 10% and 30% dependent on region and business type.
